Life Coaching & ADHD Coaching in London — Built Around You
LIFE COACHING
Life coaching in Kensington, London
Life coaching is for anyone who feels stuck, uncertain, or ready for change — but not quite sure how to get there. As a life coach based in Kensington, I work with clients on confidence, career decisions, relationships, life transitions, and the deeper questions about what they actually want.
Using NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques, sessions help you understand the patterns keeping you where you are — and build new ones that take you where you want to go. Sessions are available in person in London or online across the UK.
ADHD COACHING
ADHD coaching in London
If you have ADHD - or suspect you might - you may have spent a long time feeling like you were falling short, no matter how hard you tried. ADHD coaching works differently.
As an ADHD coach in London, I start from one simple principle - accepting how your brain actually operates - and build everything from there. Rather than trying to fit a standard that was never designed for you, we work together on what works for you, in your life, at your own pace.
My ADHD coaching in London is available for adults as an ADHD life coach - in person in Kensington or as online ADHD coaching across the UK.
